HR419 - Wages


Policy

Section: Human Resources

The President shall maintain a wage and salary system for all employees. The system shall include, but shall not be limited to, pay schedules, temporary pay rates, and rules and regulations governing employee pay. The base wages of the regular faculty and regular support staff are subject to review and modification through the applicable collective bargaining process. All pay systems and practices shall be in accordance with applicable state and/or federal laws. Pay schedule rates and temporary pay rates shall be recommended by the President to the Board and shall be subject to annual review and modification. The President may amend temporary pay rates during the year as needed.
