The College shall provide employees who are nursing with reasonable break time to express breast milk after the birth of a child.
- Procedures
- Nursing mothers may take reasonable break time to express milk for their infants for up to one year after the child’s birth.
- The College shall provide a private location, other than a bathroom, for the purpose of expressing breast milk.
- The College shall prohibit retaliation of any kind against an individual for taking the breaks allowed by this procedure.
