Students who plan to transfer to public or select four-year colleges or universities should consider the AA degree program. The AA degree will satisfy freshman and sophomore Marketing requirements of four-year colleges if planned carefully with an advisor.
Coursework blends general education requirements with classes designed with the help of successful marketers who know what it takes to succeed. Classroom instruction is based on lectures, labs, speakers, internships and study tours. Major areas of study include liberal arts, communication, humanities, business, marketing, sales, advertising, promotion and understanding buyer behavior in small business, retail and business-to-business marketing environments. The Marketing program also offers many opportunities to develop and demonstrate leadership skills.
Marketing classes are designed to help students learn in a fun and interactive environment that includes study tours, student activities and professional development. Day, evening and online classes are offered.
