Focuses on using popular spreadsheet software to create efficient spreadsheet models of common and more complex business problems. Challenges students to use critical thinking and analysis to find effective solutions to real-life business situations. Includes applying logic in decision-making, using statistical analysis tools, determining effective data display with charts, locating and managing data with reference functions, and organizing data for complex analysis. Students may not receive course credit for both BCA 152 and BCA 213.
Prerequisite: BCA 212 with a C or better.
