Policy

Section: Human Resources

The Board believes in a competitive compensation package, including the offering of a benefits package to assist employees and their families. Upon recommendation of the President, the Board may annually approve a competitive benefits package for College employees. The Board delegates to the President the authority to develop procedures for eligibility and cost allocation.
