The Board delegates the hiring of personnel to the President. This authority includes recommendations for regular employees on continuing contracts. Additionally, upon recommendation of the President, the Board shall approve all subsequent employment actions which affect the contracted salary of Regular employees having continuing contracts.

The Board similarly delegates to the President the authority to employ all other College employees. The President may approve subsequent employment actions for all other College employees.
