HR401 - Statement of Governance Policy
Section: Human Resources
All employees of the College shall be governed by state and federal law, the policies of the Board and the administrative procedures, rules, and practices thereunder.
The College shall negotiate with an employee organization certified by the Public Employment Relations Board as the exclusive bargaining representative of a bargaining unit.
