SA501 - Nondiscrimination - Students Policy

It is the policy of the College to extend equal educational opportunities to all students. No student shall, on the basis of age, color, creed, gender identity, mental disability, national origin, physical disability, race, religion, retaliation, sex, and sexual orientation, be excluded from participating in, be denied the benefits of, or be subjected to discrimination under any educational program or activity of the College.
Inquiries about the enforcement of this nondiscrimination policy may be directed to the Judicial Officer, to the Director of the Iowa Civil Rights Commission, Des Moines, Iowa, or to the Director of the Office of Civil Rights, Washington, D.C.
