HR410 - Probationary Period Policy
Section: Human Resources
Employees as provided by law, procedure or as bargained in the applicable collective bargaining agreement may have a designated “probationary period.” Certain rights are conferred upon employees that successfully complete the probationary period. Unless otherwise provided, completion of the probationary period does not change an employee’s “at will” status.
