HR408 - Performance Evaluation System Policy

DMACC is committed to ensuring that employees understand job expectations and goals through ongoing dialogue between employees and supervisors. In furtherance of this objective, all Regular employees shall be afforded timely and relevant evaluations that align with the mission and outcomes of the College.
The President shall establish a performance evaluation system to be used for Regular employees. Evaluations shall be maintained in the personnel file of each said employee.
