Definition of Relatives for the purposes of this policy: Spouse, siblings, children, parents, grandparents, great-grandparents, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, aunts/uncles, nephews/nieces, or comparable in- laws, step relationships, or other co-habitating relationships.

The employment of more than one individual in a family is on the basis of their qualifications, credentials, experience, and records. Employees of the College shall not directly or indirectly supervise or participate in personnel actions involving relatives as defined above.
