Section: Management of the College

The President shall establish official lobbying guidelines persons representing the College must appropriately follow. The President shall determine, either by job description or contract, persons who shall lobby for the College. For purposes of client reporting found in the Code of Iowa, Chapter 68B, the President shall act as the client on behalf of the College for lobbyists representing the College except as otherwise provided by rule or law.
