Policy

Section: Management of the College

The DMACC Board shall oversee all gifts to the College that do not go to or through the DMACC Foundation. The Board authorizes the President to accept gifts of equipment and supplies that support academic programs and cash, stock, or other gifts that can be immediately converted to cash. The Board shall make the decision to accept all other donations, including land, buildings, businesses, etc. and any gifts where the President seeks their guidance.
