BD202 - Appointing the President

Section: Board of Directors

The Board may appoint the President for a term not exceeding three years. Terms and conditions of the President’s employment may be reflected in an employment agreement between the College and the President, and approved by the Board. Any such employment agreement shall contain terms determined by the Board provided they are not inconsistent herewith.
