- Institutional Regulations
To define the Student Activities Council Guidelines and Procedures applicable to all campus sites and consistent with Board Policies.
- Procedure
- The SAC Guidelines and Procedures shall be the governing rules for all campuses’ Student Activities Councils.
- All members of the Student Activities Council will receive a copy of the Guidelines and Procedures at the first “organizational” meeting held in Fall Semester.
- Any new member to the Student Activities Council after the first “organizational” meeting will be given a copy of the Guidelines and Procedures.
- All Student Activities Council members will receive a verbal overview of the Guidelines and Procedures by the respective campus activities coordinator or designee.
- All members must meet the “Student Eligibility” requirements for membership.
- All members must maintain the “Student Eligibility” requirements during the duration of their membership on the Student Activities Council.
