ES4760 - Library Gift Acceptance - Gift-In-Kind

1. Institutional Regulations
   
   The library may accept gifts-in-kind on behalf of the Foundation.
    
2. Procedure
   1. All gifts are accepted by the library on behalf of the Foundation.
   2. The library can choose whether or not to use the gift.
   3. The donor fills out a Record of Gift-in-Kind form. It must include signature and address.
   4. Donor assigns a value to the gift.
   5. Form is sent to the Foundation Director.
   6. Foundation office will mail a receipt for tax purposes.
