ES4045 - Full-time/Part-time DMACC Student Attendance at Workshops, Conferences, or Seminars

1. Institutional Regulation
   1. To outline the conditions under which full-time and part-time DMACC students may attend a college sponsored workshop, conference, or seminar.
2. Procedure
   1. Des Moines Area Community College full-time and part-time students desiring to attend a workshop, conference or seminar will:
      1. Receive prior approval from their instructor(s) whose class(es) will be missed as a result of the activity.
      2. Complete registration procedures outlined for the activity.
      3. Pay all fees for tuition, supplies, materials and any other cost attached to the activity unless paid for by institution.
