- Scope
- To define the procedure for developing and retaining the college catalog.
- Institutional Regulations
- The institution will develop and publish a comprehensive online catalog. It will include institutional academic regulations, student rules and regulations, and a detailed listing of all general curricula and courses along with descriptions. A listing of faculty and staff shall also be included. The online catalog will be available to the public via the DMACC web site.
- Catalogs will be available on the college web site for a minimum of five years.
- All catalogs will be permanently archived in the DMACC Registrar’s office.
- Procedure
- The DMACC Registrar’s Office, is responsible for coordinating the production of the catalog.
- The Registrar’s Office staff will solicit input on academic and student conduct rules/regulations and courses/curricula from all segments of the college.
- A schedule of production activities and time lines will be established by the Registrar’s Office in coordination with the Curriculum Commission Chair.
- The catalog is electronically published once per year and will be available by April 1 of the year it is published.
