BS5519 - Use of DMACC Owned Vehicles by Non-Employees

1. Institutional Regulations
   
   DMACC owned vehicles may be driven by non-employees or students in specific circumstances and with the express permission of a Dean, Director, or above.
    
2. Procedure
   1. Non employees must provide their driver’s license number to the Physical Plant and are subject to review by the insurance carrier.
   2. DMACC retains the right to grant or deny any request for driving privileges by any non-employee.
   3. Non-employees are subject to each requirement of procedure BS5518 .
