The Management certificate provides a background in management principles, business functions, human relations and communication skills to employees wishing to develop or polish management skills. Students also develop behaviors necessary to become an effective and respected manager. This certificate is also beneficial to people currently employed in management who wish to upgrade and improve chances for further promotion.
