In the Animation Introduction to 3D Animation Certificate, students will learn how to create 3D assets from the ground up by applying all aspects of production including modeling, texturing, rigging, animating, lighting, and rendering.

After focusing on software proficiency, students will concentrate on applying The Principles of Animation to create believable animated performances of objects and characters.

Satisfactory completion of ANI 483  and ANI 439 .

Program Graduation Requirements


To earn a (list specific degree, ie. Photography certificate) , a student must complete all required coursework as prescribed and maintain a 2.0 grade point average.

  • Ability to learn new procedures and software technical skills quickly and independently.
