Building on INT 212 , this studio course will focus on luxury residential, kitchen and bath design. Students will develop a floor plan by hand. Next, they will input floor plans into Revit and create a reflected ceiling plan, furniture plans, floor plans, elevations and sections. Students will create 3D renderings from Revit using Enscape. This course and INT 201 work in conjunction with one another to reinforce technology skills.

3. Build furniture and fixtures in spaces which will be rendered
Create renderings
1. Devise a rendered floor plan using Photoshop and Revit
2. Prepare 3D perspectives of designated spaces using Revit and Enscape
Compose final presentation
1. Compile spec book
2. Create presentation poster using Adobe suite
3. Print poster on large format printer
4. Present final design to a panel
