INT 222 - Residential II Credits: 3 Lecture Hours: 2 Lab Hours: 2 Practicum Hours: 0 Work Experience: 0 Course Type: Voc/Tech Building on INT 212 , this studio course will focus on luxury residential, kitchen and bath design. Students will develop a floor plan by hand. Next, they will input floor plans into Revit and create a reflected ceiling plan, furniture plans, floor plans, elevations and sections. Students will create 3D renderings from Revit using Enscape. This course and INT 201 work in conjunction with one another to reinforce technology skills. Prerequisite: INT 212 Corequisite: INT 201 Competencies
