CRJ 201 - Juvenile Delinquency Credits: 3 Lecture Hours: 3 Lab Hours: 0 Practicum Hours: 0 Work Experience: 0 Course Type: Open This course surveys of the causes of delinquency in children, focusing upon research and the major theories that have been proposed as explanations of delinquent behaviors. The course will also consider the control and prevention of delinquency through policies and programs of the juvenile justice system. Competencies
