PRL 174 - Contracts Credits: 3 Lecture Hours: 3 Lab Hours: 0 Practicum Hours: 0 Work Experience: 0 Course Type: Voc/Tech This course will cover a study of the fundamentals of contract law including required elements necessary for the creation of enforceable contracts and remedies available for breach of contract. The preparation and interpretation of contracts, while examining provisions of the Uniform Commercial Code relevant to contract law will also be included.
