PRL 192 - Criminal Law and Procedure Credits: 3 Lecture Hours: 3 Lab Hours: 0 Practicum Hours: 0 Work Experience: 0 Course Type: Voc/Tech This course will cover an introduction to the practice of criminal law. Principles of criminal litigation, the criminal court system, rules of criminal procedure and discovery, pre-trial investigation and practice, pre-trial motions, trial preparation, criminal trial basics, post-trial motions, sentencing and appeals will be included. Prerequisite: PRL 102 , PRL 103 , PRL 112 Competencies
