 A course designed to acquaint the student with the hazards and safety procedures in an auto collision facility. Emphasis on EPA regulations, OSHA guidelines, and personal health and safety in the shop area.
 Competencies
 
 
	Create a floor plan of the auto collision repair labs
	
		List areas in the lab for welding, welder storage and suppliesIdentify area used for mixing of paints/primers and related material storageIdentify areas for vehicle repair/prep and vehicle refinishingShow location(s) of electrical fuse panelsShow air supply location (air compressor(s)Develop a list and explain all lab safety equipment
