- Demonstrate the startup of a hydraulic power unit with fixed displacement pump.
- Perform a normal shutdown of a hydraulic power unit with fixed displacement pump
- Describe the operation/ components of a hydraulic power unit
- Monitor hydraulic system operation
- Read a hydraulic flow meter
- Read a hydraulic pressure gauge
- Operate basic machine hydraulic components
- Operate a basic hydraulic valve circuit with manual operator
- Use hydraulic valve manual overrides to test actuators
- Manipulate hydraulic and pneumatic actuator speed
- Adjust hydraulic actuator speed using a flow control valve
- Adjust pneumatic actuator speed using a flow control valve
- Interpret hydraulic schematics
- Interpret a basic hydraulic schematic in NFPA/ISO symbols
