Emphasis will be placed on nursing care for the hospitalized patient. Prerequisite: AGV 120 , AGV 128 , AGV 129 and AGV 133 Competencies

- Perform a manual blood pressure evaluation
- Demonstrate a pulse oximetry reading
- Administer medications to canine and feline patients
- Deliver IV injections
- Perform SQ injections

- Summarize nursing care of wounds

- Describe proper medicants and dressings for bandaging and splints
