DRA 224 - Musical Theatre Auditions Credits: 3 Lecture Hours: 45 Lab Hours: 0 Practicum Hours: 0 Work Experience: 0 Course Type: General An in-depth exploration of industry expectations at auditions for musical theatre. Students will have practical training in preparation and execution of songs used to secure work as an actor in a musical, including, but not limited to, performing memorized songs. The course includes detailed preparation for the process of finding auditions for musicals and compiling and submitting actor’s materials. Prerequisite OR Corequisite: DRA 130 Competencies
