Management, AA

Management education at DMACC offers two great ways to earn a Management Degree that’s tailored to your needs: The Management Associate in Arts (AA) and Management Associate in Applied Science (AAS)  . The AA provides maximum transferability to state universities. The AAS can be customized to your specific management education needs and still transfers well to local private colleges and universities.

The Management AA is perfect for students interested in taking business management courses along with general education requirements and prerequisites at DMACC before transferring to a four-year college or university -including Iowa State, Iowa or the University of Northern Iowa and many others. It includes seven management and business courses that transfer well plus 41 credit hours of Liberal Arts Associate of Arts core classes. The AA degree will satisfy most freshman and sophomore Management requirements of most four-year colleges if planned carefully with an advisor.

Management classes are designed to help students learn in a fun and interactive environment that includes study tours, student activities, participation in professional development activities. Day, evening and online classes are offered.

If you are interested in a program that includes 16 management and business classes with options, plus an internship to make a faster career connection, take a look at the Management AAS Degree  .
