Management and Leadership, Certificate



The Management and Leadership certificate provides a background in management principles, business functions, human relations and communication skills to employees wishing to develop or polish management skills. Students also develop behaviors necessary to become an effective and respected manager. This certificate is also beneficial to people currently employed in a career/technical field who wish to enhance their skills and develop themselves for opportunities for promotion into a leadership role.

To earn a Management and Leadership Certificate, a student must complete all coursework as prescribed and maintain a 2.0 grade point average.
