Digital Publishing, Certificate

The Digital Publishing Certificate is designed for students with a Graphic Design, Web Development, Journalism, or Marketing background. Instruction focuses on the technical aspects of developing interactive book and magazine-type projects for electronic publishing to tablet and other mobile devices.

The curriculum and instruction are geared to provide both lecture and laboratory settings that will build upon the individual’s prior knowledge and experience. Instruction and practical experience will be provided in the areas of interactive page layout that incorporates animations, slide shows, and audio & video media.

  3. Attend any required information/registration session.

Graduation Requirements


To earn a Digital Publishing certificate, a student must complete all required coursework as prescribed and maintain a 2.0 grade point average.
