CRC 102 - Machine Shorthand Skills/Techniques ICredits: 2 Lecture Hours: 1 Lab Hours: 2 Practicum Hours: 0 Work Experience: 0 Course Type: Voc/Tech Students practice and perfect foundational realtime writing skills, establish keyboard mastery, and support writing fluency through the systematic practice of finger drills, basic number drills, and sentence drills involving high-frequency words and phrases. Drilling speeds are increased weekly to encourage steady progress, and students are tested on the ability to accurately write and read back basic numbers, common phrases, and the 250 most frequently used words. Corequisite: CRC 100
