- Describe the results of poor diets physically and mentally
- Examine the types of physical exercise recommended for the elderly
- Review how to improve balance and decrease falls in the elderly
- Discuss the outcomes from physical exercise routine

- Discuss retirement as it relates to socialization
- Review recommended regular screenings and life style changes to improve the quality of life
