HR424 - Resignations


Policy

Section: Human Resources

Resignations from Regular employees shall be submitted by the employee to their immediate supervisor or, in the case of Regular employees with continuing contracts, to the Board Secretary. Recommended action on the resignation of Regular employees with continuing contracts shall be presented to the Board by the President. The Board delegates to the President the authority to accept and act upon the resignations of all other employees, and to develop resignation processes and procedures for all employees.
