ES4951 - Rental of the Intramural Fields

1. Institutional Regulation
   1. The College shall provide guidelines for rental of the Intramural fields. Recreational facilities, when not utilized for Des Moines Area Community College related institutional programs, may be used by a non-profit organization or the general public in accordance with Regulations and Guidelines for Utilization of Des Moines Area Community College Campus Recreation Service Facilities.
2. Procedure
   1. The Intramural fields are available for scheduled use only when not officially reserved by the Campus Recreation Department.
   2. Reservations are to be made through Campus Recreation Department.
   3. A contract is required for all use of Des Moines Area Community College Intramural fields.
   4. Student and staff teams sponsored by Des Moines Area Community College are not charged for use of the fields.
   5. All non-DMACC groups are required to pay an established rental fee, which will be billed at the end of the rental period.
   6. Normal usage periods will be from April 1 through October 30 of each year.
   7. All users will sign a contract agreeing to abide by all College rules and regulations.
   8. Users will be responsible for any and all damages beyond normal wear, during the time of their rental agreement.
   9. Refunds will be given only in cases of inclement weather, or due to required maintenance of the fields.
   10. Proof of liability insurance is requested of outside groups.
