    To outline the process for issuing activity cards to students and non-student personnel.
     
  2. Procedure
    1. The activity fee structure will be in accordance with Board Policy. Activity cards may be requested from the Student Activities Office. Activity cards are available only upon request.
    2. Payment of activity fees will be optional for staff and faculty members at DMACC.
    3. Staff and faculty may purchase an activity card by paying the staff activity fee set forth by the Student Activities Council.
    4. Payment of the activity fee will entitle the purchaser to benefits provided by the activity fee. Staffs are ineligible to receive reduced day care center services.
    5. Activity fees will be paid by students at the time when other college fees are assessed.
    6. An activity card will be issued, upon request, from the Student Activities Office for each semester and will be effective from the first day of the semester until the first day of the following semester.
