  1. Institutional Regulations

    To define the Student Activities Council Guidelines and Procedures applicable to all campus sites and consistent with Board Policies.
     
  2. Procedure
    1. The SAC Guidelines and Procedures shall be the governing rules for all campuses’ Student Activities Councils.
    2. All members of the Student Activities Council will receive a copy of the Guidelines and Procedures at the first “organizational” meeting held in Fall Semester.
    3. Any new member to the Student Activities Council after the first “organizational” meeting will be given a copy of the Guidelines and Procedures.
    4. All Student Activities Council members will receive a verbal overview of the Guidelines and Procedures by the respective campus activities coordinator or designee.
    5. All members must meet the “Student Eligibility” requirements for membership.
    6. All members must maintain the “Student Eligibility” requirements during the duration of their membership on the Student Activities Council.
