  1. Scope
    1. To define the procedure for developing and retaining the college catalog.
  2. Institutional Regulations
    1. The institution will develop and publish a comprehensive online catalog. It will include institutional academic regulations, student rules and regulations, and a detailed listing of all general curricula and courses along with descriptions. A listing of faculty and staff shall also be included. The online catalog will be available to the public via the DMACC web site.
    2. Catalogs will be available on the college web site for a minimum of five years.
    3. All catalogs will be permanently archived in the DMACC Registrar’s office.
  3. Procedure
    1. The DMACC Registrar’s Office, is responsible for coordinating the production of the catalog.
    2. The Registrar’s Office staff will solicit input on academic and student conduct rules/regulations and courses/curricula from all segments of the college.
    3. A schedule of production activities and time lines will be established by the Registrar’s Office in coordination with the Curriculum Commission Chair.
    4. The catalog is electronically published once per year and will be available by April 1 of the year it is published.
