HR3207 - Quality Faculty Plan

1. Institutional Regulations
   
   A Quality Faculty Committee shall be established in accordance with the requirements set forth in Iowa Code Chapter 260C. The Committee shall be responsible for establishing and maintaining the Quality Faculty Plan for developing quality faculty.
    
2. Procedure
   1. All Regular faculty are required to follow the requirements for orientation and continuing professional development set forth in the Quality Faculty Plan.
   2. Failure of Regular faculty to meet the requirements for orientation and continuing professional education may result in discipline, up to and including termination.
   3. Adjunct instructors shall be encouraged to attend orientation and continuing professional development set forth in the Quality Faculty Plan.
   4. Records of participation in orientation and continuing professional development shall be maintained in Human Resources.
