This course provides a comprehensive overview of administrative skills necessary for efficiency in the healthcare setting. Study includes identification of medical specialties, medical law, ethics, HIPAA, and professionalism. Administrative skills and responsibilities include telephone techniques, appointment scheduling and health information management.

  1. Differentiate the roles and responsibilities of various providers and disciplines to support documentation requirements through the continuum of healthcare
