PRL 156 - Intellectual Property Law Credits: 3 Lecture Hours: 3 Lab Hours: 0 Practicum Hours: 0 Work Experience: 0 Course Type: Voc/Tech An introduction to intellectual property (IP) law. The course will include what is necessary to obtain patents, copyrights, trademarks and what constitutes a trade secret. How to prepare applications to secure IP interests will also be included. Prerequisite: PRL 102 , PRL 103 , PRL 112 Competencies
