MOR 323 - Funeral Directing I Credits: 2 Lecture Hours: 2 Lab Hours: 0 Practicum Hours: 0 Work Experience: 0 Course Type: Voc/Tech Surveys the principles related to funeral directing including human relations, relations with clergy, and the professional behavior required of funeral directors. In addition, this course will cover the principles of the operations of a funeral home, including funeral service forms and vital statistics. - Assess the value of funeralization.
- Identify similarities and differences between funeralization and memorialization.
- Describe the various aspects of funeralization.

- Demonstrate knowledge of available means of pre-arranging of a funeral.
