PRL 161 - Family Law Credits: 3 Lecture Hours: 3 Lab Hours: 0 Practicum Hours: 0 Work Experience: 0 Course Type: Open This course will cover the legal aspects of the family relationship. The rights and duties of the parties in marriage, annulment, divorce, child custody and adoption. The course will emphasize the use of domestic law forms and procedures.
