PRL 125 - Evidence: Theory & Practice Credits: 3 Lecture Hours: 3 Lab Hours: 0 Practicum Hours: 0 Work Experience: 0 Course Type: Open This course will cover a study of substantive and procedural laws of evidence. An introduction to the rules of evidence with methods of discovering, preserving and presenting evidence in civil and criminal trials will be included. Prerequisite: PRL 102 , PRL 103 , PRL 112 Competencies
