PEH 110 - Personal Wellness Credits: 2 Lecture Hours: 2 Lab Hours: 0 Practicum Hours: 0 Work Experience: 0 Course Type: Voc/Tech This course will aid in the enhancement of knowledge, skills and attitudes necessary to promote positive lifelong wellness decisions. Students will look at the physical, social, intellectual, emotional, occupational and spiritual components of wellness. Competencies
