Prerequisite: Successful completion of 12 hours of ACC courses with a grade of “C” or above. Corequisite: ACC 930 Competencies
- Distinguish between positive and negative multicultural workplace attitudes
- Define multicultural attitudes
- Describe how a negative attitude affects work performance
- Describe the impact of a positive attitude on work performance
- Name ways in which negative attitudes can be changed
- Identify co-workers attitudes toward a multicultural workplace as evidenced by behavior
- Describe positive attitudes about work, people, assigned tasks and cultural diversity
