CRJ 238 - Corrections & Constitutional Law Credits: 3 Lecture Hours: 3 Lab Hours: 0 Practicum Hours: 0 Work Experience: 0 Course Type: Open This course covers law in the field of corrections: procedural and substantive rights of both inmates and the state, “good time” detainers and how the constitutional amendments, Supreme Court rulings and case law apply to institutional, correctional and community-based settings. Prerequisite: CRJ 100 Competencies
